No data licence has been published, so none is claimed. The field is omitted from the machine surface rather than filled with a placeholder — no Dataset.license is emitted anywhere on this site. A published licence binds, and an approximate one binds approximately.
In the meantime: the data is served openly and may be read. If you cite it, attribute it to Aletheia Analytics SASU. That is a request, not a licence term, and it is the most that can honestly be said until the document exists.
